DOCUMENTS TO DOWNLOAD

The documents listed below are available for downloading as Adobe Portable Data File (.pdf) files, which can be copied and printed by either Windows or Macintosh computers on which Adobe "Reader" has been installed.  To install "Reader" on your computer at no cost, go to the Adobe.com web site and follow the instructions for downloading.

 

To print or download a document from the list below, first click on its title.  Wait for the document to appear on your screen. 

 

To print directly from the web site, click on the "Print" button above the document but below the web "Address" box.

 

To download a copy of the document to your computer:

   1)  Click on the "Save a Copy" button above the document, but below the web site "Address" box.

   2)  In the "Save In" dialogue box, select the folder where you want to store the document.

   3)  Click "Save" in the lower right corner.  (It may take several minutes for the file to download.)

 

To open and print the file that you downloaded, use Microsoft Explorer to point to it and click.  Adobe Reader will open the file automatically.  Use Reader's "File" and "Print" dropdown boxes to print the document.
